Directions
Take Rt. 2E/W from 128N/S. From Rt. 2E/W, take exit 58 (Park Ave.). At the end of the ramp, turn left at the lights onto Park Ave. Continue straight for approximately one mile. Then turn right onto Appleton St. (Park Ave. Nursing is at the corner of Appleton and Park Ave.). The Church is approximately 250 yards on your right.
